For 25 years, Solyman has implemented strategy, and sales and delivery of products and services to exceed EBITDA targets. As the Global Head of 5G System Integration & Network Software at Fujitsu, and board member of the ORCID consortium, Solyman plans the future of networks, envisioning a single, software-based automated network that runs on any cloud. He is primarily responsible for all Fujitsu wireless software products, including SMO, RIC, mobility controller, automation, network slicing, intelligent rApps, xApps, AI/ML based products (analytics, root cause analysis for alarms and SI), LLM-based products with 3GPP and ORAN specs, service assurance and route optimization. Finally, his responsibilities include leadership over Fujitsu’s ORAN system integration and RF services (including P5G).
