Vibha is the head of Network Operations at 1Finity for managed and maintenance network services. She leads multiple teams managing customer networks in various industries (broadband, enterprise, network operators) and multivendor multilayer technologies in optical, packet, software, and wireless.
Customer-focused and innovation-driven, Vibha is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience, blending technical depth with strategic market insights that help her to lead and inspire high-performing teams who execute excellence. She has led multiple business and digital transformations in Cloud, Data analytics, XaaS, and AI/ML Ops to elevate human potential and customer experience.
She holds five USPTO network patents related to path computation and optical reach algorithms. Vibha received a Master of Science in computer science from the University of Florida at Gainesville, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, she remains actively engaged in helping the next generation and community development initiatives.
