Xinyu Zhang

UX Architect

Xinyu is a UX architect with over 20 years of experience in UX design, research, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, with a track record of success in designing, renovating, and delivering profitable solutions. Since joining Fujitsu in 2015, he has led a hybrid UX team and collaborated with Fujitsu Design Limited (FDL) to support multiple releases of Virtuora Network Controller. He has also provided his team’s design expertise as a service to other teams, improving the UX aspects of several Fujitsu network software initiatives. Xinyu thrives on solving complex business problems by applying a combination of excellence in design and thorough customer research. His team recently organized the first Fujitsu customer advisory board meeting to focus on UX questions, providing a forum to discuss product, usability, training, documentation and tech support issues in order to provide excellent end-to-end customer experience.
